Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you or your business use ProductPage (the "service"), available at productpage.net. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ProductPage on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. Who we are
ProductPage is provided by [Company legal name], organisation number [org. no.], [registered address], Sweden ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. The service
ProductPage helps online stores write product pages, find and follow competitors, monitor prices, prepare product images and publish products to stores such as Shopify and WooCommerce. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
4. Free trial and credits
New workspaces receive a one-time amount of free credits that can be used for a limited time, as shown on our pricing page. Credits are used when the service does work for you, for example writing a product page or checking a price. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred outside your workspace and expire as described on the pricing page.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- We may change our prices. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to your plan.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the content and data you bring to ProductPage and to the product pages it creates for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
You're responsible for having the right to use the material you add, such as supplier texts and photos, and for the content and prices you publish in your store.
7. Automatically written content and prices
ProductPage uses automated tools to write text, prepare images and suggest prices. These are usually good but can be wrong. Review content before you publish it, and set price rules you're comfortable with. Prices changed by rules you have switched on are your decision, and we aren't responsible for sales made at those prices.
8. Fair use
Don't use ProductPage to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, try to break or overload the service, or get around usage limits. When you ask ProductPage to look at other websites, use it for normal competitor research and respect those sites' terms. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
9. Other services
ProductPage connects to services we don't control, such as your store platform, sign-in and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep ProductPage running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need to pause the service for maintenance; we'll try to do this at quiet times.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using ProductPage and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously break these terms. After your account is closed we delete your workspace data as described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll let you know by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using ProductPage after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
