How does the free trial work?
Sign up and your workspace gets 100 credits to use within 14 days. That's enough for about 20 product pages. You don't need a card, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing is charged by surprise: ProductPage tells you before starting work it can't pay for. Your credits refill at the start of each billing month. Need more sooner? Buy extra credits from the Billing page, or move to a bigger plan at any time.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing month, so choose the plan that fits a normal month for your store. Extra credits you buy can be used for 30 days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from the Billing page in the app. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do I pay per team member?
No. Invite your team and everyone shares the same credits.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Our payment partner Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds the right VAT or sales tax for your country and sends your invoices.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund policy. In short: if something isn't right, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we'll sort it out.
